Lembeh - Learnt a lot again

The photo workshop in Lembeh is one of our annual trips - and it just keeps getting better. This time we had a co-host Andrew Mariott helping us with digital editing and well as Simon Lorenz bringing in a whole armada of snoots to try out.

Over the years I have developed techniques on how to back light - now I can share this on all of our workshops and achieve great effects!

Almost all of the famous macro critters can be found here, such as the Wonderpus!

We did lots of work on the computer. Oh yes, reality is - there are no good macro photos that have not been edited. Over several sessions participants learned everything there is know to be able to use Lightroom and Photoshop.

All the fruits of our labour paid out when we had a the awards session, where several participants got great awards.
