At Insider Divers we take your privacy seriously. But consumers ourselves we do not believe in lengthy statements that are intended at discouraging anyone from reading them. And the new EU GDPR regulation wants us to be transparent and fair.

So here it is - our privacy policy made simple.

What data do we have and how do we get it?

Well none really, unless you provide them to us. By providing us with your contact details we assume that you are ok for us to use your personal data to provide you travel products or information on such products.
We will only hold email addresses and corresponding first name and last name as well as the gender and the nationality. That's it. No need to panic, right.

What do we use your data for?

We only use your personal information to provide you or inform you about the services that we offer. If we are organizing a trip or tour for you, we need to communicate with you. We may also use your email address to send you specific product offerings, but you can unsubsribe from that any time by clicking here.

What about trip-specific registration

So here is a pickle - in order to make a dive holiday booking you might have to register specific information about your dive experience as well as your address and contact details. We pass this information on to the dive operator you have chosen and we will discard this information 12 months after the trip.

What do we not do with your data?

Your data is not being used for anything else but travel service related products. We do not pass on, or sell, your data to any third party except the operator of the product that you have chosen.

Do we store your data and how long?

Yes we store your data in safe & encrypted way for a maximum of 7 years.

Do you have access to your data?

Yes, of course you can access you data. Just email us and we will provide the information we have on you. If you decide to change the information or request the deletion of it, please just let us know.

Who is managing your data?

This is a small company, we are only a handful of people and between us we will be managing your data.
